2 medium carrots, peeled,
cut in 2-inch chunks
1 cup water
1∕2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Preheat oven to 325˚F. Lightly spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking
dish with vegetable cooking spray; set aside.

Place the carrots into the 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl and PULSE until
chopped small, using short pulses.

Add remaining ingredients, except frosting, and PULSE, using short
pulses, until ingredients are mixed well.
