Selects the OBJ Character Shape: Square, Horizontal Rectangle, or
Vertical Rectangle.
11 is a prohibited code.

[d13] Color Mode Flag
Specifies whether the OBJ data format is 16 colors x 16 palette mode or
256 colors x 1 palette mode.
[d12] OBJ Mosaic Flag
Turns mosaic for OBJs on and off.
