Correct and regular cleaning will improve the safety and extend the lifespan of
the device.

Turn the device off, remove battery and wait until it cools down before
cleaning or maintenance to avoid electric shock or burn.
8 Cleaning and Care
•
To minimize the risk of the drill bit jamming in the hole or penetrating through
material, reduce the pressure at the end of drilling and let the drill bit operate
under a smaller load.
•
If the drill bit jams in the hole, immediately release the on/off switch and retract
the drill bit. Only now can you restart the tool and resume drilling.
•
Do not attempt to start the tool by pressing and releasing the on/off switch
time after time. This can damage the switch.
• The larger the drill bit diameter, the greater the force with which the tool
presses against your arm. Be careful not to lose control over the reaction force.
•
The torque will disable the drill at a certain load (characteristic chattering
sound) to protect against overload or damage to the screw or bolt head.
7.9 Screwdriving tips
• Drill the screw holes with a smaller diameter drill bit than the screw to be
screwed.
• Hold the product perpendicular to the screw-in / unscrewed screw. Holding it
at an angle can slip or lock the tip of the screwdriver.
•
Insert the screwdriver bit directly on the screw first, then press the switch.
•
Exert only the pressure that is necessary to keep the screw in place and the end
of the screwdriver in contact with the head of the screw. Too much pressure can
cause damage to the screw head and the screwing bit, and too little pressure -
slipping of the screwing bit.
•
Remove locked and jammed screws by changing the direction of rotation.
