To access the Customize Caller I.D. Table feature:

Select Caller I.D. Tables on the Customize menu to display the General tab of the Caller I.D.
Options window. When the General tab is first displayed, you will see the default values for
the first Caller I.D Table.
General Tab
The following Caller I. D. Options are displayed on the General tab:
Caller I.D. Match
This string is the Caller I.D. telephone number. For example, if you enter 2033785555, the Auto-
mated Attendant will dial the number in the Caller I.D. Action only if the incoming telephone num-
ber matches 2033785555.
Availability:
All versions of the NT Voice Mail. The phone system (such as the
ONYX and Nitsuko 241/384i) must supply Caller I.D.
Default:
None
Entries:
None
Caller I.D. number up to 16 digits, including
I-Ignore Caller I.D. digit
Notes:
If you enter 203IIIIIII, the Automated Attendant will consider any
Caller I.D. number with an area code of 203 to be a match.
