Long Distance Calls
If this option is enabled, the Voice Mail will dial a pre-programmed long distance telephone
number when the Guest Mailbox receives a message. A long distance telephone number con-
tains 9 or more digits.
Notification Number 1-3
This option allows you to enter three different telephone numbers for the Guest Mailbox.
These are the numbers that the Voice Mail dials when the Guest Mailbox receives messages.
The Notification Number (1-3) that is dialed depends on the time schedule that the Guest
selects through the Guest Mailbox. For example, the Guest may want the Voice Mail to dial
Notification Number 1 only from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Some - Allow calls to some (up to 4) area codes. (If you select

becomes available. Enter up to 4 area codes.

• When enabled, this option also allows a Guest to enter a long distance
Message Notification number through the Guest Mailbox. (See Message

Entries:
To enter telephone numbers, locate an index (1-3) and click on the word
None
. When the word is selected, it is outlined. Type in the desired
number. Repeat for the second and third numbers.
