Trunk Mailbox Offset
The Trunk Mailbox Offset value sets the offset to be added, when the numbers for Trunk Mail-
boxes and Subscriber Mailboxes overlap. To bring the range of Trunk Mailbox numbers
beyond the range of Subscriber Mailbox numbers, add the value of Trunk Mailbox Offset to
the first overlapping trunk number. Then use the new trunk numbers to create Trunk Mailbox
numbers.
Attendant Mailbox
This option lets attendants log on to their mailboxes from the attendant extensions without hav-
ing to enter their mailbox numbers.
Incoming Network Call Mode
The Incoming Network Call Mode value sets which type of metwork calls will be accepted by
the Voice Mail. If you choose Selected, the Voice Mail will accept a network call only from a
telephone number that has been programmed into a Network Mailbox. If you choose All, the
Voice Mail will accept network calls from any other AMIS-compatible Voice Mail system,
regardless of programming into a Network Mailbox. But mailbox subscribers who receive
messages from a Voice Mail system without a Network Mailbox will not be able to press RE to
record replies to their messages or MC to make an immediate call or RS to record and send a
message to that Voice Mail system.
