Call Adaptation Options
A tone record is a list of a tone’s frequency or frequencies, cadence, or other attributes. A tone table
is a database in your Voice Mail, which can store up to 63 tone records.
You can use the Call Adaptation Options to view, edit, add, or delete tone records from the tone
table, when you have a Dialogic card installed in your Voice Mail system. You can also use these
options to customize the values of the Global, Channel, and Call Parameters on the card, which
control how the Voice Mail operates with your phone system.
To access Call Adaptation Options:
1.
Click Tools on the menu bar to display the Tools menu.
2.
From the Tools menu:
Select Call Adaptation Options to display a dialog box similar to the one shown below.
3.
Click to select the Tone tab on this dialog box.
THIS SECTION IS INTENDED AS AN OVERVIEW OF THE
CALL ADAPTATION OPTIONS FOR USE BY TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ENGI-
NEERING PERSONNEL ONLY.
