Telephone System Interface
• A Mitel phone system requires a D42-SX card. A Norstar phone
system requires a D42NS card. Each card provides 4 digital ports,
giving a total 4 Voice Mail ports.
• Centrex installations require 1 lightening-protected CO line per
Voice Mail port.
• Other phone systems require 1 Analog Station Port/OPX off the
phone system (with DTMF decoder) per Voice Mail port.
