After the new service has been created and verified, return to the
Advanced Firewall, Port Forward
page.

In the Port Forward page the new service will be used to define the new forwarding rule.

The new
Service to Forward
is
telnetx,
(created in the
Define Services
page) select
telnetx
in the
Service to Forward
field.

In the
Redirect Address
field type the IP Address of the device on the Trusted LAN that the service
will be redirected to.

The
Redirect Service (optional)
should be
telnet
. The reason for this is the device on the internal
network is expecting to receive the
telnet
packet coming in on port 23. The service
telnet
is defined
with
tcp using port 23
. This field
should not
be left blank, unless the receiving device is configured to
accept the packet with the alternate port.
7.
Press the
Apply Changes
button when done adding Services to be forwarded.
8.
To
remove
a service from the list choose
none
under Service to Forward,
delete
the IP Address and
select the
blank
option under
Redirect Service(optional)
and then press Apply Changes.
Be certain to
Save Settings to Flash
if you want them to be permanent.
