The anomaly is presented when
the user opens the door or ash pan
or pellet door; at this point, pellet
loading inside the brazier stops and
the electronics emit an acoustic sig-
nal. The user, to return to correct op-
eration, must
close the doors. If this
operation is not carried out, the
product signals an alarm.

If the problem persists, contact the Support
Service
The anomalies, differing from alarms, are signals
which automatically reset, once the cause that
generated them has been eliminated.
Furthermore, the signalling does not cause the ap-
pliance to switch off, guaranteeing however
heating.
Some anomalies, to be resolved, need technical in-
tervention by authorised
staff. Despite the appliance continuing to work, the
user must ensure the
problem is resolved.
