9.  TROUBLE SHOOTING 

IF THE TRUCK HAS MALFUNCTIONS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT 

MENTIONED IN CHAPTER 6.

Check and replace the lifting fuse.

Check and repair the seal performance of 

the oil hoses and/or cylinder. 

Lifting stops at

Fold the protective arms to the initial 

position.

Check the sensor on the protective arm. 

1800mm height sensor failure 

Check the sensor on the mast. 

Oil leakage from

Excessive quantity of oil.

Stacker cannot

Charge the battery completely and then 
remove the main power plug form the 
electrical socket. 

Battery not connected 

Connect the battery correctly. 

Fuse failure 

Check and eventually replace fuses. 

Battery discharged 

Charge the battery. 

Emergency switch is activated 

Block the emergency switch function by 
inserting and pulling the knob. 

Tiller is in the operating zone 

Move the tiller firstly to the braking zone. 

Protective arms are in the open 
position, platform is folded upright 

Move the protective arms into the downside 
position. 

Foldable platform or protective arms in 
one of the allowed positions 

Check the proximate switches on the arms 
and platform. 

Protective arms or folding platform is 
not in the allowed positions 

Check the correct function of the arms 
and/or platform. 

Stacker only 

travels in one 

direction 

The accelerator and the connectors are 
damaged.   

Check the accelerator and the connectors.
