Introduction
This manual is furnished with each new model. It provides
necessary operation and maintenance instructions and
replacement parts information.
Read all instructions before using this
machine.
Intended Use
This canister dry vacuum cleaner is intended for commercial
use, for example in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops,
offices and rental businesses. The machine is suitable for
picking up dry, non-flammable dust and debris in an indoor
environment. It is not suitable for picking up liquids or
hazardous materials.
General Information
This machine will provide excellent service. However, the best
results will be obtained at minimum costs if:
The machine is operated with reasonable care.
The machine is maintained regularly - per the machine
maintenance instructions provided.
The machine is maintained with manufacturer-supplied or
equivalent parts.
Protect the Environment
Please dispose of packaging materials and used
machine components in an environmentally safe way

Thermal Protection
The machine is equipped with a safety thermal protector to
prevent motor from overheating. Should thermal protector
activate, turn off machine, unplug power cord and check for full
dust bag, vacuum hose clog or filter blockage. It may take up to
45 minutes for the thermal protector to reset.
Grounding Instructions
This appliance must be grounded. If it should malfunction or
break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
the electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
appliance is equipped with a cord having an equipment -
grounding conductor and grounding plug. The plug must be
plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and
grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING:
Improper connection of the equipment-
grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric
shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service
person if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly
grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the machine. If
it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a
qualified electrician.
This machine is for use on a
nominal 120-volt circuit and has
a grounding attachment plug that
looks like the plug illustrated.
Make sure that the machine is
connected to an outlet having the
same configuration as the plug.
No adapter should be used with
this machine.
Before using this machine, make sure the power voltage
corresponds with the voltage shown on the machine's rating
plate.
Storage and Transporting
Carefully wrap power cord around the cord storage hooks and
store machine in a dry indoor environment. Do not expose
machine to rain or moisture. Lift machine by the carrying
handle to transport.

location as indicated. Replace label if it is missing or becomes
damaged or illegible. Failure to follow this warning label may
result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
