Network failure
Check if the router is in working condition.
For models which need USB dongle to connect to internet, check if the USB dongle is inserted
properly. Make sure the TV has connected to the router properly.
Sometimes unsynchronized time can impact network connection. In that case, manually change
the time in settings menu via below path
Home - Settings - Device Preference -Date & Time set - OK
Disable the automatic date and time,and set the date and time manually.
Browser I Solution

Web page can not be displayed completely
Flash is not supported.
•
Browser is forced to be shut down
Web page includes too many large pictures, thus leads to insufficient memory and close the browser.
If problem still exist, Please do factory reset.
Factory Reset
If problem still exists after trial of above solutions,please conduct factory resetting via path
Home - Settings - Device - Preferences - Reset - Erase everything -OK
Chromecast Connectivity
Chromecast connectivity and streaming depends on the Google server.
