From the discovery of the fault and/or defect, the Customer-Consumer will
have 60 days to make a formal report to
NOKO
. If the Customer originally
made the purchase as a businessman and/or professional, he will have 8
days to report it.
For all electric and non-electric FSA components assembled in
NOKO
e-bikes, such as the motor, battery, wheels etc., the assistance service will
be provided directly by FSA with its global service network.

TERMS OF WARRANTY.
All products purchased on
warranty on original defects of product production.
The policy we offer by law is the legal guarantee, valid for two years or for
the legal duration provided in the different countries.
NOKO
guarantees the products it manufactures and/or distributes, in the first
two years from purchase, for any lack of conformity. This warranty is applicable
only to the original purchaser of the product, who will be entitled, in case of
lack of conformity, to free repair and/or replacement of the defective product.
NOKO
’s legal guarantee is compatible with the legal and commercial
guarantees offered by manufacturers and distributors of the components
of other trademarks that we mount on our bicycles. In case of lack of con-
formity of these components, it will be necessary to contact these manu-
facturers or distributors directly for the individual guarantees of the afore-
mentioned components.
In order to exercise this warranty, the user must provide
NOKO
with a copy
of the bicycle purchase document (purchase invoice).
The user must keep the purchased product in good condition, in accord-
ance with the instructions and recommendations included in the instruc-
tion manual of the bicycle, with the right of
NOKO
to refuse warranty
claims directly resulting from a defect in the maintenance of the product
by the user.
The warranty is not applicable in any case to breakages or defects resulting
from the negligent use of the bicycle, from the assembly of other non-origi-
nal accessories other than those supplied or assembled at the factory, from
improper handling or maintenance by the user or third parties on his behalf.
This warranty does not cover in any case the habitual wear and tear of the
perishable elements of the product.
Due to the danger inherent in the use of a bicycle, both on the road and
to the mountain, and the physical risks deriving from its use, this warranty
refers only to the replacement of non-compliant elements and does not
cover in any case personal damage that may arise, directly or indirectly,
from the failure during use. In the event of an accident, regardless of who
causes it,
NOKO
’s warranty is fully void.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW.
The Customer who, within 14 days of receipt of the product, is not satisfied
with the purchase made must exercise the right of withdrawal by accessing
the “RETURNS” section of the Website and completing the specific form.
Once this is done, you will be contacted as soon as possible by the Return
Centre to agree on what to do.
