Connect
the

pin
connector
on
cable
C15
to
connector
(5,6)
on
the
HCM1.
Tee
the
connectors
on
cable
C15
into
the
main
up
and
main
down
functions
on
the
sprayer.
8.
Connect
the
12
‐
pin
connector
on
cable
C20
to
the
HCM1.
Tee
the
connectors
on
cable
C20
into
the
sprayer’s
left
up,
left
down,
right
up,
and
right
down
functions.
9.
Connect
the
main
up
connectors
on
C20
together.
Connect
the
main
down
connectors
on
C20
together.
Ensure
that
the
main
up
and
down
connectors
will
not
interfere
or
catch
on
anything.
These
connectors
are
not
used
for
this
installation.
There
is
one
set
of
different
connectors
included
with
the
tilt
interface
cable.
Some
John
Deere
sprayers
use
this
connector
on
the
left
down
function.
If
the
sprayer
has
this
connector,
remove
the
existing
connectors
using
the
included
pin
removal
tool.
Insert
the
wires
into
the
new
connector
and
ensure
they
are
in
the
same
position
as
they
were
in
the
previous
connector.
10.
Insert
4
‐
pin
plugs
(P01)
into
any
unused
connectors
on
the
HCM1.
11.
Route
the
bypass
cable
(with
Deutsch
connectors)
on
C11
under
the
sprayer.
Connect
the
tee
connectors
into
the
jam
valve
connector,
located
at
the
JD
shuttle
valve,
under
the
sprayer
(Figure
30).

Connect
the
battery
cable
(C30)
to
a
switched
power
source
in
the
cab.
Ensure
that
all
unused
connectors
are
plugged
with
the
plugs
provided.
