Troubleshooting
The following section provides an overview of common issues and their solutions. The content of
this section will be expanded based on customer feedback.
9.1.
Unable to Connect to the Controller
Step 1
Check your network adapter settings on your windows PC if they are set to a static IP address.
Static IP address:
Should be in the range 192.168.1.1-255 but different from 192.168.1.100
Subnet mask:
Should be set to 255.255.255.0
Step 2
Determine IP address of the control unit. Initially it should be 192.168.1.100 but it can have been
setup to use another IP address. If this is the case, use the reset button to reset IP address to
192.168.1.100.
Step 3
Try using an IP Scanner software to scan your network to identify the IP of the NAC-CTRL.
