TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
It is recommended to pay attention to the indications given on the CE plate (Fig. 4.1) to
better identify the characteristics of the blast chiller. The CE plate is located at the back of
the appliance (Fig. 4.2) and it is used to:
Help customer service identify the product identification thanks to the model,
code and serial number.
Provide information on the electric power and voltage required to power the
machine.
Provide information on the type and amount of refrigerant gas.

Trade name of the equipment (Ref 1 Fig. 4.1).
Serial number identifying the equipment (Ref 2 Fig. 4.1).
Power supply voltage (Ref 3 Fig. 4.1).
Number of phases of the power supply (Ref 4 Fig. 4.1).
Rated power/current absorbed (Ref 5 Fig. 4.1).
Frequency of electrical supply (Ref 6 Fig. 4.1).
Type of refrigerant gas (Ref 7 Fig. 4.1).
Amount of refrigerant gas (Ref 8 Fig. 4.1).
Class gas (Ref 9 Fig. 4.1).
