How to use your electric BBQ
Read thoroughly warnings and safety instructions on page 2 and 3.
Step 1.
BEFORE IGNITION, take a soft clean cloth and apply a thin coating of cooking olive
oil to the cloth and lightly wipe on both the grate and the searing plate of the BBQ.
Step 2

Open the lid on the BBQ. Before start using the BBQ, it is recommended to ”burn
off” the BBQ. This will enhance the effects of the BBQ. Turn the switch to max and let
it burn for 5 minutes. Turn switch back to normal temperture and start Grilling.
Safety Precautions before connecting the power cord
• All knobs and switches must be set to OFF mode before connecting
the power cord. Use only cables and extension cables certified for
outdoor use.
• Make sure the extension cable and BBQ have similar operating voltage.
• The electrical plug for the extension cable must hold a dry place and be above
ground level.
• Make sure the wire and cables are not in the way. Someone might trip and fall.
Lighting instructions
• Turn the knob dial CLOCKWISE to start the BBQ and left heating element The ELECTRIC BBQ
is designed to automatically operate at HIGH TEMPERATURE in this mode.
• Allow 5 to 7 minutes for the BBQ surface to reach its full temperature to complete the initial
seasoning process or to begin Grilling.
Outdoor use only
Place the BBQ body on the rack and fasten it. Place the BBQ on stable ground.
Never use the BBQ in wet weather or when the BBQ is exposed to humidity.
