HOW TO GREASE THE ROLLERS
See the EXPLODED DRAWING near the end of this
manual. If the Rollers (51) squeak when moving on
the Tracks (11), apply a small amount of white marine
grease equally to each Roller. Spread the grease
evenly around the Rollers. Pedal the elliptical until a
thin film of grease is distributed along the Tracks;
then, wipe off any excess grease.
HOW TO ADJUST THE DRIVE BELT
If the pedals slip while you are pedaling, even while
the resistance is adjusted to the highest level, the
drive belt may need to be adjusted.
To adjust the drive belt,
first use a flat screw-
driver to remove the
Lower Upright Cover
(56).
Next, remove the M4 x
16mm Screw (104),
and then use a flat
screwdriver to remove
the Shield Cover (75).
Then, use a flat screw-
driver to remove the
Front Stabilizer Cover
(8).
Remove all the M4 x 16mm Screws (104) from the
