Important Safety Notes

Read all the instructions carefully before using the appliance.

Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than measuring blood
pressure on adult. Do not use onto neonatal baby.
•
Always consult your doctor for specific information about your blood
pressure. Self-diagnosis and treatment using measured results may
be dangerous.
•
Never change your therapy without consulting your doctor.
•
Do not measure your blood pressure after bathing, drinking alcohol,
smoking,eating or physical exercise.
•
Consult your doctor during pregnancy, arrhythmia and arteriosclerosis.
People with severe blood flow problems, or blood disorders, should
consult a doctor before using the appliance. Cuff inflation can cause
internal bleeding.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended with infants or persons who
cannot express their consent.
•
If battery fluid should get on your skin or eyes, immediately rinse with
plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor immediately.
•
Use only alkaline batteries with this appliance. Respect the polarity.
Remove immediately depleted batteries. Do not use old and new
batteries together. Remove batteries if the appliance will not be used
for three months or more.
•
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance or components.
•
Do not shock or drop the appliance.
•
Do not wet the appliance and accessories including cuff.
•
Do not inflate the arm cuff when it is not wrapped around your arm.
•
Do not use a mobile phone, or other devices that emit electromagnetic
fields, near the appliance. This may result in incorrect operation of
the appliance.
•
Do not use the appliance where flammable gas (such as anesthetic
gas, oxygen or hydrogen) or flammable liquid (such as alcohol) are
present
•
Use only the original AC adapter. When using AC adapter (optional)
never plug in or unplug the power cord from the electric outlet with
wet hands. Plug the AC adapter into the appropriate voltage outlet.
Do not use the AC adapter if the unit or the power cord is damaged.
