4. Ensure that all air and electrical connections are secured.

5. Inspect for broken, loose, or frayed pneumatic and electrical lines.

6. Manually raise the cover. Remove any foreign objects from the

process cavity.

Perform the following tasks weekly:

1. Confirm the operation of all touchscreen commands.

2. Check the display operation for color definition, brightness, contrast,

and horizontal and vertical hold.

Verify the operation of the IR lamps every 400 hours of oven operation.
Check the IR lamps for minimum to maximum set point control and even
intensity. Replace the IR lamps as necessary.

Perform the following to verify IR lamp operation within each oven zone:

1. Turn on the oven. Enter the

MAINTENANCE STATUS menu. Select

VERIFY ZONES.

2. Press and hold the cover switch. View the cover and base lamps for

even intensity.

3. Replace all malfunctioning lamps.

4. Touch and hold the Maintenance Complete pad to lower the oven

cover, return to the

MAINTENANCE STATUS menu, and set the run

time hours to zero.

5. Remove power from the oven.

WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Failure to observe this
warning may result in personal injury, death, or equipment
damage.

CAUTION: Always wear cotton gloves when handling the
IR lamps. Failure to observe will result in equipment damage.
