Change the air filter after every 400 hours of oven operation. Perform the
following steps to change the air filter.

See Figure 5-4.

Remove the air filter access panel (7).

2. Slide the old air filter (6) out of the oven. Discard the filter.

NOTE: Make sure that the arrow on the air filter label points towards
the exit end of the oven.

3. Install the new air filter (6).

4. Install air filter access panel (7).

Every 4000 hours of oven operation, perform the following steps to
replace the edge heat reflectors:

1. Turn on the oven.

2. Enter the

CONFORMAL COATING CURING menu.

3. Touch the SET-UP SCRN pad. Touch ENTER.

4. Enter code 5220 to gain access to the

SET-UP SCREEN menu.

CAUTION: Before selecting product width, remove all boards
curing in the oven. Failure to observe this caution will result in
damage to equipment.

5. Touch the PRD WIDTH pad. Touch ENTER to calibrate the conveyor.

Follow the message prompts on the

SET-UP SCREEN menu.

Remove all boards from within the process cavity.

6. Touch the digit pads to enter a conveyor width of 50.8 mm (2 in).

Press ENTER.

7. Touch the CONVEYOR pad. Touch ENTER. Follow the message

prompts on the

SET-UP SCREEN menu.

8. Disconnect system power to the oven.

9. Using a flat blade screwdriver, turn the manual override clockwise to

raise the oven cover.

10. Remove the screws securing the edge heat reflectors to the fixed

conveyor rail. Discard old reflectors. Install replacement edge heat
reflectors on the conveyor rail.
