Commissioning Checklist
The Nortec EL humidifier must always be commissioned for the first time by a service technician from your local
Nortec representative, by a Nortec employee, or by personnel who are well trained and authorized by the cus
-
tomer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the qualifications of personnel.
The intent of the commissioning checklist is to verify that the humidification system has been installed according
to the installation manual.
Commissioning of the Nortec EL humidifier consists of two steps – an inspection of the site services and the
installation prior to start-up, and performance tests of the unit. Complete the
"Pre-Start-Up Checklist"
below and
"Performance Checklist" on page vi
. Enter all notes and exceptions in the space provided
on page vii
. Retain this
copy in the installation manual, and submit a copy of the completed forms to your local Nortec representative.
