For SUPC 0-124 the Local Carrier Interface card MMI address (SW 11,
POS 1-5) should match the superloop number. For SUPC 128-156, where
the Local Carrier Interface card is installed in Network Group 4, the Local
Carrier Interface card address cannot match the superloop number but the
address must be unique within the MMI maintenance daisy-chain.
Document on the LCI Connection Record card any Local Carrier Interface
card MMI address that does not match the SUPC superloop number.
