Installing a Module
For details about the operation of modules, refer to the documentation that was shipped with each
module.
Required tool: Phillips screwdriver
1.
Remove a filler panel from a module slot.
2.
Make sure the inserter/extractor levers are
rotated away from the front of the module.

3.
Align the module circuit board with the card
guides in the chassis. Slide the module into a
slot in the chassis until the module touches
the backplane connectors.
4.
Rotate the inserter/extractor levers to seat the
backplane connectors.
