About this document
This document describes the current Multimedia Communication System
(MCS) 5100 Media Application Server (MAS) services. It includes
several possible platforms, deployment scenarios, and the requirements
of IP network infrastructure. The document addresses the issues and
requirements for deploying the MAS services in a generic IP network for an
MCS 5100 solution. This document also provides performance and capacity
information for system engineering.
