DONE
key to store the avoidance point to the
avoidance point database (or press the
CANCEL
key to
cancel).
The
CHART
screen appears, showing the new radius of
the avoidance point and its position data in the
CURSOR
INFO BAR
.
On the
CHART
screen, you can edit an avoidance point by
changing its radius.
1. At the
CHART
screen, press the
CURSOR PAD
and if
necessary, the
LEFT ARROW
and
RIGHT ARROW
keys, to
select an avoidance point’s
radius
, then press the
CURSOR
menu key.
2. Press the
EDIT
key.
The
CHART
screen appears, showing the selected
avoidance point radius.
3. Press the
CURSOR PAD
to move the cursor and the
radius to the desired location.
4. Press the
DONE
key to store the new avoidance point
radius to the avoidance point database (or press the
CANCEL
key to cancel).
The
CHART
screen appears, showing the avoidance
point’s new radius and its position data in the
CURSOR
INFO BAR
.
Erasing an avoidance point
At the
AVOIDANCE POINTS
screen, you can permanently
erase an avoidance point from the database:
1. At the
AVOIDANCE POINTS
screen, press the
CURSOR
PAD
up or down to select the desired avoidance point.
2. Press the
EDIT
key.
3. Press the
ERASE AVOID
key.
4. After you press the
ERASE AVOID
key, you’re asked to
confirm this action before you proceed by pressing the
YES
key (to cancel the erasure, press the
NO
key).
