Manually clearing alarms
Alarms that aren’t auto-clearing stay onscreen until you’ve
cleared them at the
ALARMS
screen. You display and clear all
manually clearing alarms in the same manner:
1. To display the new alarm, press the
STAR
key until you
reach the
ALARMS
screen.
The new alarm is displayed in the
NEW ALARMS
box.
2. To clear the alarm message from the screen and stop the
alarm audio (if on), press the
CLEAR ALARM
key.
The new alarm is moved to the
OLD ALARMS
box.

NOTE:
The following abbreviations are used in Table 8.
For alarms,
‘NAME’
= name of waypoint
For color, G = green, R = red, Y = yellow
For manually clearable, N = no, Y = yes
For priority, L = low, M = medium, H = high, VH = very high
