Chart setup screen (waypoints)
2. Press the
CURSOR PAD
to highlight any of the
WAYPTS
TO DISPLAY
lines, then press the
EDIT
key.
3. Press the
CURSOR PAD
left or right or press the
LEFT
ARROW
or
RIGHT ARROW
keys to highlight the desired
waypoint(s).
For each highlighted waypoint, to turn the waypoint on or
off, press the
ON/OFF
key. To turn
all
waypoint symbols
on or off, press the
ALL/NONE
key. To use the
default
waypoint symbols, press the
DEFAULTS ON
key.
4. When done, press the
ACCEPT
key (or
CANCEL
to leave
the option unchanged).
5. Press
RETURN
twice to go back to the
SETUP MENU
screen.
Displaying
waypoint symbols
and names
After enabling either individual or all waypoint symbols, you
must ensure that the
WAYPT DISPLAY
field is set to
ON,
O
therwise, none of the enabled waypoint symbols will be
displayed on the
CHART
screen. Here, you can turn on or off
the display of all waypoint symbols on the
CHART
screen.
Also, you can turn on or off the display of waypoint names on
