mind, if you mark for deletion any one of these multiple
components, for example, a chart inset,
all
the
components (the base chart and all its insets) will
automatically be deleted when you proceed with the
deletion process.

If you’re using the Skipper series and want to switch to
Navigator, you must delete all the Skipper charts and
permits before you load Navigator charts and permits;
conversely, if you’re using the Navigator series and want
to switch to Skipper, you must delete all the Navigator
charts and permits before you load Skipper charts and
permits. Both of these procedures are performed the same
way; see “Deleting all HCRF specific information” starting
on page 13-53.

Your ARCS license is valid only for your 961/962 and isn’t
transferrable.

On the
HCRF INFO

, the chart attributes “sounding
description” and “chart datum” are always labelled
“unknown” until the chart has been installed and viewed.
