version, overwrite the existing version, or never replace
the existing version:

To ensure that the most recent charts are loaded, press
the
NEWEST VERSION
key.
>
To always replace installed charts, press the
ALWAYS
OVERWRITE
key.
>
To never replace existing charts, press the
NEVER
OVERWRITE
key.
The
LOADING CHARTS
dialog box is displayed, then the
INSERT HCRF CD
dialog box, which prompts you to
insert the appropriate Chart CD into the drive, if
necessary.
7. Remove the Update CD from the drive (keeping this CD
nearby since you’ll need it again), and insert the Chart
CD.
8. Press the
OK
key.
The charts are loaded. At the
INSERT HCRF CD
dialog
box, you are then prompted to insert the same Update CD
back into the drive.
9. Remove the Chart CD from the drive and insert the same
Update CD.
10. Press the
OK
key.
The charts are updated. The
LOADING CHARTS
dialog
box is displayed, followed by the
HCRF SUMMARY
dialog
box. Each chart loaded is represented by a different
horizontal line, with loading details for the highlighted line
displayed at the bottom (press the
CURSOR PAD
up or
down to highlight each individual chart).
The far-left
column displays either the word
OK
, or an error number, if
any. If an error number is displayed, write this number
down and see “Table 12: HCRF chart errors” on page
13-55.
