3. At the
CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen, press the
CURSOR
PAD
to highlight the chart you want to delete, then press
the
USAGE
key until you see
DELETE
in the
USAGE
field.
4. Press the
DELETE CHARTS
key.
The
DELETE CHARTS
dialog box provides the total
number of charts to be deleted.
5. To delete the marked charts, press the
CONFIRM
key (or
press
CANCEL
to return to the
CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen without deleting the charts).
6. Press
CONFIRM
to return to the
CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen.
Sorting and searching a chart list
You can sort or search the chart list at the following list
screens:
•
CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen
•
HCRF CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen
•
HCRF PERMITS
screen
•
CHARTS ON DISK
screen
To sort a chart list, press the
CURSOR PAD
left or right to
highlight each screen’s category by column.
To search on a column category, first press the
CURSOR PAD
left or right to highlight the category for which you want to
search, such as chart number, chart name, etc. In the
SEARCH
field, type in the first few characters of the data you want to
locate, and the list will be positioned to show the category that
matches your search.
Displaying detailed chart information
You can display detailed information in an
INFO BAR
at the
bottom of the following screens:
•
CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen
•
HCRF CHARTS IN DATABASE
screen
