Security
— Use this setting to select the desired type of Wi-Fi security used to encrypt the
wireless network. WPA2 is the latest and most secure method and should be used whenever
possible.

Wi-Fi Password
— Use this setting to enter your desired Wi-Fi password.
•
Maximum Wi-Fi connected devices
— Use this setting to specify how many devices can
simultaneously connect to your Jetpack.
•
Broadcast Wi-Fi name
— If this setting is enabled, the Jetpack appears in the list of available
Wi-Fi networks on your connected devices. If disabled, the network will be invisible.
•
Wi-Fi privacy separation
— If this setting is enabled, each connected device is isolated from
all other connected devices. This provides additional security if some connected devices are
unknown or not completely trusted. For normal operation, this option should be disabled.
•
Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM)
— Wi-Fi Multimedia. Enables your device to stream multimedia files.
•
Channel
— This should be left on
Automatic
unless you need to choose a particular channel
for your environment. With this setting, the Jetpack selects the best available channel. If the
Automatic
setting is not available, you can experiment to see which channel provides the
best results, or use the default setting.

Wi-Fi Range
— This setting determines the range (and battery consumption) of the Wi-Fi
module in the Jetpack. Select the desired option.
To change your Wi-Fi security, password and/or connection settings, follow these steps:

Select the desired settings from the security, Wi-Fi password and/or available Wi-Fi
connections drop down menu(s).

Save Changes
whenever you make a change to finalize and save the new setting.
