These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
4.3.2 Required tools
The following lifting gear and tools are required for
assembly:

Transport

Transport the dock leveller by means of the four
marked transport lugs.

, page A1. When using a fork lift:
Always transport the loading bridge by means of
the four marked transport lugs.
Safely place the dock leveller on a level surface that
can be walked under. Remove the control unit
(fastened under the dock leveller platform in the box
behind the hydraulic unit). Guide the cables under-
neath the front of the dock leveller to the outside and
place the control unit e.g. on the dock leveller plat-
form.

Inserting the dock leveller
4.5.1 Installation condition CZ

Do not crush the cables of the con-
trol unit located on the outside of
the dock leveller!
, page A2. Insert the loading bridge into the
installation point in a way that the weld-on attach-
ments are located behind the pegs in the concrete.
Ensure that the dock leveller is not braced and that a
lateral clearance of 10 mm (+0/-2 mm) between
frame and dock leveller platform is maintained.
, page A2. Align the loading bridge horizont-
ally to the level of the hall floor using the four levelling
screws on the sides. If necessary, place the levelling
screws underneath (e.g. with FL 60x90x5, not in-
cluded in scope of delivery). Make sure that the diag-
onal dimensions of the loading bridge do not deviate
by more than 2 mm.
, page A3. Fix the weld-on attachments to
the pegs using welding points.
Remove the transport locks on the dock leveller plat-
form.
4.5.2 Installation condition DZ1 (100-180 mm)
and DZ2 (181-250 mm)
