Use Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher for

E-mail message body is missing
from E-mail alerts.
E-mail or spam filter configurations on E-mail

Create E-mail account for ENVIROMUX-
MINI on E-mail server

Assign E-mail address from account
created in the previous step to
ENVIROMUX-MINI on the E-mail
configuration page

Verify that spam filter settings are
configured properly on E-mail server

Verify any automated signature/
disclaimer generation settings on E-mail

Verify any MIME conversion settings on
mail server (ENVIROMUX-MINI alerts
are sent as plain text 7-bit ASCII)

Sensor needs to be connected at power

ENVIROMUX-MINI has old firmware.

Power-cycle the ENVIROMUX-MINI
