Making Voice Calls
•
An audio device such as an Earphone Microphone is
required to make a call using this FOMA terminal. An
Earphone Microphone with Switch P002 (optional) can be
used as an audio device. For using the set, see “Using an
Earphone Microphone with Switch” (P118).

code on the Main screen (P32)
Always include the area code even if the call is
made inside the same city.

Caller ID Is Heard
The other party sets the Caller ID Display
Request Service to “Activate”. Click

again after setting Caller ID to be sent.

terminate the call from your FOMA terminal you cannot
immediately call the same party. Wait for about 1 minute
before calling again.

Up to 26 characters from 0 to 9 (including #,

and up to 5 - (hyphens) can be entered for a phone
number.

If the name and phone number of the other party
(excluding “-” (hyphen)) have been already registered in
the Phonebook, the name appears on the Main screen.

Up to 20 entries can be saved in Redial. If more than 20
entries are saved, oldest entries are overwritten first.

Clicking a header (“

(Name)”, or “

(Dialed Time)”) rearranges the list
temporarily.
•
If the name and phone number of the other party
(excluding “-” (hyphen)) have been already registered in
the Phonebook, the name appears under the “
名前
(Name)” field on the Redial screen.
•
If you use a FOMA terminal with a different UIM inserted
or log on a PC with a different user account, the same
Redial data is shared because the redial data is stored
into the same file.
