Easy steam
This industrial steam generator
does not require any particu-
lar maintenance operations.
It may be necessary to empty
the water out of the boiler to
remove any lime scale deposi-
ts. Loosen the cap on the base
using the special tool supplied
(part. 5 - Fig. 1)
Be sure to re-close the cap once
the water has been totally di-
scharged (Fig. 27).
In the event that the machine is
to be used in areas in which the
water is particularly rich in lime
deposits.
As well as frequent boiler clea-
ning, it is also advisable to clean
the steam connection element
using a small screwdriver or simi-
lar in order to scrape away any
lime deposit that may have for-
med inside (Fig. 28).

- MAINTENANCE
All maintenance procedures
are to be undertaken solely and
exclusively with the machine
engine cold and totally dischar-
ged of pressure (gauge indica-
tor positioned to “0”(Fig. 26).
TANK CLEANING
If the machine is not used for a
long period, make sure there is
no water left in the tank so to
avoid the formation of any al-
gae or scaling.
