Compact Trigger Sprayer
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Sprayer Preparation
● Always keep the Sprayer upright when liquid is in the Tank. Failing to do so can
cause liquid to reach the motor causing the Sprayer to fail.
● Never overfill the Tank - always keep at least 1” below the top of the Tank.
● Ensure no impurities are found in the chemical solution as this can cause the
Sprayer to clog and not function properly.
● Remove the Tank from the main Sprayer unit by turning it clockwise. Fill the tank to
no more than the 800ml mark. Replace the Tank onto the main Sprayer unit by
turning it counterclockwise. Ensure the Tank is tightened enough to allow pressure
to build up while using the Sprayer, but do not overtighten. Overtightening will
cause damage to the threads on the Tank.
Sprayer Operation
● The Trigger Wheel (see Nomenclature) is used to increase and decrease the
amount of trigger pull. The more trigger pull there is, the more mist output. To
decrease the trigger pull, turn the Trigger Wheel counterclockwise. To increase the
trigger pull, turn the Trigger Wheel clockwise. In most applications, a full trigger pull
is preferable (i.e., the Trigger Wheel is tightened clockwise). Careful not to over
tighten the Trigger Wheel.
● Slide the Power Switch to the “I” On position. A high flow of air will immediately be
outputted from the Metal Nozzle Head. WARNING:
During operation the Metal
Nozzle Head will become hot - Do NOT touch to prevent burns and keep away from
children. Mist will not be released until the Trigger is pulled.
