TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM: juicer not working / turning on - LED is OFF
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The equipment is unplugged
Connect equipment to mains power
No power reaches the plug
Check the socket or contact an electrician
Cover is not placed correctly
Ensure its sitting correctly in its recess
Handle not locking correctly
Ensure it's not obstructed and locks in
Fuse might be blown
Replace using spare fuse provided (see user manual)

PROBLEM: juicer not working / turning on - LED is FLASHING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The waste bucket has separated from the
machine body
Place waste bucket into correct position at rear of unit
Anomaly inside the machine
Please contact an authorized/approved technician
PROBLEM: juicer is working, but LED is OFF
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Anomaly inside the machine
Please contact an authorized/approved technician
PROBLEM: Equipment often gets blocked when juicing
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clogged Filter from excessive pulp
Review cleaning frequency and procedures
Clogged Filter from excessive pulp
Your Grating Disc might be blunt, consider replacing it
Not enough voltage is detected
Ensure the operating voltage is the same as stated on manual
PROBLEM: Juicer vibrates a lot when juicing
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Filter is unbalanced from fruit/pulp build-up
disassemble/remove the filter and clean it
PROBLEM: Juice has too much pulp
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The inside cover of the lid is full of waste
disassemble/remove the cover and clean it
PROBLEM: The Anti-Drip outlet/tap gets obstructed
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The juice has pips or too much pulp
Remove the outlet/tap and clean it.
Use speed [1] for soft produce
Use speed [2] for hard produce
IMPORTANT : Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before carrying out any operations or functions to
