which kind of USB event was occurred, cleared by writing 1 to USBD_INTSTS[1] or
EPEVT11~0 (USBD_INTSTS[27:16] and SETUP (USBD_INTSTS[31]).

BUS Interrupt Status
The BUS event means that there is one of the suspend or the resume function in the bus.
0 = No BUS event occurred.
1 = Bus event occurred; check USBD_ATTR[3:0] to know which kind of bus event was
occurred, cleared by writing 1 to USBD_INTSTS[0].
