Cleaning the filter pump (D3)
Undo the four screws from the pump housing, pull the pump housing off including the O ring, and remove the impeller
unit. Clean the pump housing and the impeller unit using clear water and a brush. Reassemble in the reverse order
once cleaning is completed.
Cleaning the UVC clarifying unit (D4-D6)
Keep the indexing lever at the unit head of the UVC unit pressed (D3), turn the water housing counter-clockwise
against the stop and carefully remove. Undo the fixing screw at the clamping screw (D4) and unscrew the latter
counter-clockwise, then pull off the quartz glass including the O ring forward by exerting a slight turning movement
(D5), and remove the O ring from the quartz glass. Clean all components, check for damage and replace, if necessary.
UVC lamp replacement (D7, D8)
Change the UVC lamp after approx. 8000 operating hours. Pull out and replace the UVC lamp.
Important! Only use lamps the identification and capacity data of which correspond to the information on the type plate.
UVC pump unit assembly
Push the O ring on the quartz glass, insert the quartz glass in the unit head against the stop (D9). Press the O ring into
the gap between unit head and quartz glass. Screw on the clamping screw clockwise against the stop and lock with the
fixing screw (D10). Check the O ring sealing the water housing for damage (D11). Place the O ring in front of the
recess at the unit head (D11). Carefully push the unit head into the housing while applying slight pressure. Ensure that
the tenons at the water housing engage in the grooves of the bayonet closure. Turn the unit head clockwise while
exerting slight pressure until the indexing lever engages (D11). Screw the filter pump to the water housing (D2). Insert
the UVC pump unit into the holder in the container wall (A8), refit screen basket and cover (A9), lead the power cable
through the recess in the container edge (A9), and open the skimmer flap. Plug in the mains plug as soon as the unit is
filled with water again (B1).

Storage/Over-wintering
Put the unit out of operation at water temperatures below 8° C or, at the latest, when freezing temperatures are to be
expected. Drain and thoroughly clean the unit, check for damage. Remove all foam filters and the UVC pump unit and
clean under clear running water. Store the foam filters at a dry and frost free location, store the UVC pump unit frost
free and immersed in a container filled with water. Do not immerse the power plug in the water! Ensure that the storage
place is inaccessible to children. Close the inlet opening with the frost protection plate supplied and screw the enclosed
screw cap including seal onto the drain socket (winter set) instead of the drain elbow (C8). Cover the filter container
such that the ingress of rain water is excluded.
