WALKING WITH WALKER
Please follow the “Three-Point Gait” rule when walking with walker.
Note: please check the four legs are at the same height and the walker is level before use.
1. Align the middle of your feet with the rear legs of the walker.
2. Lift the walker up, Fig. 1, and place it in front of you. Make sure all four legs of the walker are on the floor, Fig. 2.
3. Walk forward, one step at a time, Fig. 3.
4. Repeat the above steps.
