Cord storage

The toaster is equipped with cord storage under the toaster, which makes 

the toaster easier to store when not in use. 

IMPORTANT:

  The  toaster  is  not  to  be  covered  up  with  foil  or  other 

materials when used or still warm. Damage caused by carelessness is 

not covered by the warranty.

Cleaning and maintenance

Let the toaster cool off before cleaning. The appliance should be unplugged. 

Slide out the crumb tray and discard crumbs. Simply wipe the exterior with 

a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleansers to 

clean the appliance. 

Safety instructions

1.  Read the instruction manual carefully before use, and save it for future 

use.

2.  Plug the appliance to a household outlet of 230V only, and use the 

appliance only for the intended use.

3.  Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use.

4.  The appliance must not be immersed into water or other liquids.

5.  An electrical appliance is not a toy, and should therefore always be 

placed outside the reach of children. Children are not always able to 

understand potential risks. Teach children a responsible handling of 

electrical appliances.

6.  Check that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table.

7.  Do not place the appliance on or near hotplates, open fire or the like.

 Bread may burn. Therefore, do not use the toaster near or 

below combustible material, such as curtains. The toaster should only 

be used under supervision.

Caution:

 Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance.

10. Never use metallic objects inside or on the toaster, and never touch the 

heater.

11. Always examine appliance, cord and plug for damage before use. If 

the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
