Cleaning and maintenance
Disconnect the appliance. The removable micro fiber cover can be washed according to the
washing instructions on the cover.
The waist belt and switch may only be wiped with a damp cloth. No abrasive detergents may
be used.
Switch and waist belt can never be rinsed or immersed in water or any other liquids. Never
use the product if it accidently got wet or damp, and never immediately after cleaning. Wait
until the waist belt is completely dry.
After cleaning and before each use, check the appliance and it´s cord for damage and that
it has no discoloured areas. If that is the case, do not use the appliance. If such signs are
found, the waist belt should no longer be used, but must be removed or returned to the
supplier for check.

1. Read the instruction manual carefully before use, and save it for future use.
2. Plug the appliance to a household outlet of 230V only, and use the appliance only for the
intended use.
3. Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use.
4. The appliance must not be immersed into water or other liquids.
5. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Children are not always able to understand potential risks. Teach children a responsible
handling of electrical appliances.
7. Never place other objects, such as hot-water bottles or pillows on the heat-giving
surface.

sleep with the waist belt switched on. Do not use the appliance without
supervision – always switch off the waist belt when leaving the room.
9. Do not use with infants, a helpless person or persons insensitive to heat.
10. Overlong application at high setting can result in skin burns.
11. When not in use, store in the original package in a dry place. When storing the appliance,
allow it to cool down before folding.
12. Never pull or carry the appliance in the cord.
13. Do not roll up the cord, and do not place the cord over the appliance.
14. Do not use crumpled or folded.
15. Avoid creasing the waist belt by placing items on top of it during storage as
this can destroy the safety system.
