Important! 

Persons having problems with blood circulation or reduced sensibility, 

e.g. diabetics or persons with neck injuries should only use the massage cushion 

after having consulted a physician. Persons with a pacemaker should not use the 

massage cushion. Pregnant women should consult a physician before using the 

massage cushion. The massage cushion does not replace a medical treatment 

and in case of continuous troubles and pain we always recommend that the user 

consults a physician.

For use at home or at the office

The OBH  Nordica massage cushion comprises a practical strap system that makes 

it possible to fasten the massage cushion to almost any chair by fastening the 

Velcro strap around the back of the chair. The massage chair has a back/seat 

construction that makes it possible to use it in most sitting furnitures. Of course 

you could also just position the massage cushion in the chair, the armchair or the 

sofa without securing it, if you prefer so. The massage cushion is not made to be 

used in a car and should not be used in a recumbent posture.

Please note that we do not recommend the use of the massage cushion directly 

on wooden material, as the zip fastener might damage the surface. It should also 

be noted that you should take care if you use the massage cushion on stuffed 

furniture. We recommend that you use some thick textile as a protection layer.

Start by assembling the seat section to the back part by connecting the contact of 

the back part with the seat section. A Velcro strap keeps the seat section in place.

ON/OFF (switches) (1)

Connect the adapter switch of the massage cushion to a wall outlet. Switch on 

the massage cushion by pressing the ON/OFF button (1). The signal lamp of the 

ON/OFF button goes on. In order to switch off the massage cushion, repress the 

ON/OFF button. The signal lamp is flashing while the massage cushion reverts to 

its initial position and will subsequently go off.

HEAT (2)

The softening heating function is activated by pressing the HEAT button (2), the 

heating function for the neck part will start and the signal lamp will go on. Press 

the button twice to activate the heating function of the back part and three 

times to activate both the neck and the back heating. To deactivate the heating 

function, press the HEAT button until all signal lamps are out.
