key to confirm. Press the
RESET
key to adjust the stride length
for walking, and press
MODE

confirm. Do the same way of setting
for stride distance for running.
Measure your stride distance
Correct stride distance is defined
from a tip of your foot to another. To
measure the correct average stride
distance, divide the total distance of
ten steps you walked or ran by the
number of step (10). Calculate the
stride distance in the following way:
Ten steps gives 6.2 meters (total
distance) / 10 (number of steps) =
Stride distance 0.62m (62cm).
Goal
The last setting is your target goal of
no. of step. Use
RESET
key to adjust
