If e.g. a spoon gets stuck in the tool by mistake, or the motor stops, set the speed switch
to 0 and remove the plug from the power socket. Solve the problem or reduce the amount
of paste in the bowl. Allow the motor to cool off for 5 minutes before the kitchen machine is
switched on again.
Use the whisk for whipping egg whites, cream, and similar. The whisk is not suited for thick
mixtures such as dough and mashed potatoes.
The kitchen machine can whip a minimum of 2 large egg whites or 1 cup of cream. Whip-
ping is more efficient when the whisk is completely submerged in the liquid. A hand mixer is
recommended for smaller amounts.
Egg whites
Put the egg whites into the completely clean bowl. Attach the bowl to the bowl holder and
whip the egg whites. Avoid spatter by gradually increasing speed to the desired speed level.

Cleaning and maintenance

Set the speed switch to 0, then press the release button and place the mixer head in ver-
tical position. To detach any tool, press the tool as far upwards as possible and then turn it
counterclockwise. The tool can subsequently be removed from the tool attachment socket.
Bowl and accessories can be rinsed in hot water with added mild detergent. These parts are
also dishwasher safe. The motor base must never be submerged in water or other liquids.
The motor base and the mixer head can be wiped clean with a moist cloth. Avoid using scou-
ring powder or other abrasive cleaners which may scratch or dull the surface. Wipe all parts
thoroughly dry before storing the kitchen machine.
IMPORTANT: THE MOTOR BASE MUST NEVER SUBMERGED IN WATER OR OTHER
LIQUIDS.
