Do not rely on your back belt to become a substitute for good lifting,
bending, pulling, pushing, or twisting techniques.
Your back belt will not enable you to lift heavier amounts of weight.
Do not subject yourself to any risk by lifting more weight than you can handle.
Only wear your back belt if you are performing tasks where proper posture and good
body mechanics are an issue. Continuous wear may cause loss of muscle tone.

To Clean:
• Spot clean with a damp cloth only.
• Do not bleach.
• Lay flat to dry. Do not machine dry.
