Additional Functions Setting List
Department ID Management
If 4-digit ID numbers are registered, the copier operation can be managed to make
copies only after entering the registered password or to display the total copy count
or delete the copy counts for each department only after entering the registered
department ID number.
●
Password registration:
Up to 100 types of ID numbers can be registered.
●
Copy count management:
Up to 100 different departments can be registered.
If the system settings password has been registered, it is necessary to enter the registered
password before making the settings for Department ID Management.
No ID number is registered in the factory preset initial settings.

Registering the Department ID Number and Password

Press the
key, and then the [Custom Settings] key.

Press the [ ] key three times.

Press the key for [Dept. ID
Management].
