Banding across the print with differences in color and gloss
How to solve the problem
1.
Check if the media name on the 'Printer operator panel' matches the media that you
currently use.
2.
Activate the 'Production Plus ' setting for the Production mode or switch from the
'Production' mode to the 'Presentation' mode.
Note:
You can only activate the 'Production Plus ' setting via the Océ Express
WebTools.
3.
Print the Customer Acceptance Test demo print.
This test print contains 10 colored bars.
4.
Check if the test print shows banding.
5.
If yes, calibrate the media via the printer operator panel (Maintenance - Calibrate
media).
6.
Reprint the Customer Acceptance Test demo print.
7.
If the colored bars of the Customer Acceptance Test demo print still show banding
you must contact the Océ Helpdesk.
